Shipping & Production

Production

All of our products are handmade and require a 10 day turn around. Once your order is placed, production on your item will begin. Production time is exclusive from shipping time. 

Shipping Or Local Pick Up 

All packages are shipped via USPS and UPS. Shipping time is usually 3 to 5 business days unless specified at checkout. Shipping times can vary with delays based upon holidays and COVID-19. 

We are located in Santa Rosa, CA. If you wish to do local pick up, please specify at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with information on scheduled pick up information.
